Check your grounds, I too had thought I had impeller problem, and I replaced them, but when I was reinstalling the pump I also found bad grounds on the frame that attaches to frame of the trailer. The storage area where my hose and nozzle are stored are bolted to the frame of the TH those bolts were corroded and rusty and bolts to the trailer and also that's where the switch picks up the ground also. I was able to duplicate blowing fuses and the intermittent problem by taking a hammer and tapping on the frame of the storage area.
SO a FYI check all your mechanical connections. Luckily I did not have the prefect conditions where I might go KA BOOM!!. So I am not sure which was giving me headaches but it's fixed and have not had anymore problems.
