The 20A fuse blows as soon as I turn the pump on. I haven't used it in about 8 mos and it worked fine the last time. Any ideas?

The impeller in the pump is stuck. loosen the screws that hold the two sides of the pump together and smack it with a screw driver handle until the side separates. Hopefully the gasket will stay in it's slot. If not you'll have to take it apart. Tighten the screws.
Been there, done that... Good luck..

I'm on my 2nd set of gears. I'm told that they swell up over time(??) but I haven't found anyone who can tell me a permanent solution.

I wish someone would make light weight aluminum gears for these pumps.

same thing happened with my fuel station. removed the 4 bolts, pulled out the 2 impeller gears, used my dial calipers and removed 1/32 from each side with some wet and dry 400 grit paper, reinstalled the gears and it works perfect. i heard they continue to swell, so i'll check them a day or two before i go out.

I wonder?
My fuel station is nearly 5 years old with no problems.

Those of you that have had a problem,
Do you drain the fuel off of the pump / line / nozzle after you turn the juice off to the pump motor?
OR
Do you just stop filling whatever (jugs, toy fuel tank & etc.), turn off the juice and put the fuel nozzle away with fuel & pressure still in the line?

I do the first, finishing fill, turn off power, drain fuel & pressure from the line/nozzle and then put the nozzle away.

1/32??? That's alot. My fuse is popping too. I'm going to check my pump today.

Gears are bad. Happened to my 2006 Warrior. Happened to lots and lots of trailers around those year models. Got new gears and no more problems.

I do the first also, but still had bad gears when my trailer was new.
