You know - that other tank that has to be dumped besides the black. I have seen it here as both gray and grey. I would like to know the correct one so that I can feel good when typing it.

Grey, gray, it really doesn't matter to me what or how I type it. As far as feeling good about myself.... all I have to do is, do my job daily and I feel plenty good about myself. Especially when I get phone calls from my customers and they are thrilled about what they see when they get home from work.

Gray is the US variant of grey. Grey is used in most of the rest of the English speaking world. Both are correct, it generally comes down to which one you prefer.

Gray is just grey spelled with an 'a'.

Is this a Trick Question?

My DW's cousin who is a Canadian , but has been raised in the USA Dual Citizen has an opinion on spelling and pronunciation.

Sort of like is the Last Letter of the English Alphabet "Zed" or "Zee"! Does it really matter?
