Hi wp6529,

Fold outs would be nice--but I'd certainly want some panels exposed while towing. If you want "invulnerable" panels then go to thin film flexible panels such as Uni-Solar.

I'd love to have a solar trailer to haul behind my lovely Class C. It could be done for considerably less than their asking price.
