We have stayed at Tall Sycamore Campground many times, my wife Rose was born and raised in Logansport, IN, when we have stayed there they had WiFi. Was there last year and they had WiFi.
I was just looking at the difference in price between France Park and Tall Sycamore, recall few years back it was mentioned that France Park was not the best, I am sure that has changed.
Following is an E-mail I received from Monica at Tall Sycamore Campground:
"Our rates for 1 week, on the river with water & electric is $170.00 plus tax ($181.90), nightly on the river
with water and electric is 28.00 plus tax ($29.96). Rates for off river is $145.00 plus tax ($155.15), weekly, and $27.00 plus tax ($28.89). Thank you for contacting us and we hope to be seeing you on Sept.8th".
Ron...I was born and lived in a town 20 miles south of Logansport for 51 years.
It is called Flora.
I spent a lot of time at the skating rink that was out by the radio station & the one that was in the park with the Merry Go round.
In fact I will be at my Son's in Flora parked in his driveway 9/10 for a couple days.
The Merry Go Round is that the one at Riverside Park in Logansport, IN?
Back in 1975 when Rose and I purchased our home, another couple residing on our street 2 houses down from us the husband, first name Ron was also from Logansport, and lived next door to Rose when they were kids in Logansport. Small world.
