I have lost all of my hot water on my Lance 1055. The water heater is working fine. I can feel hot water on the inlet side of my cold water bypass valve but noton the outlet side. When I turn the valve cold water does come out of the hot water spigots. But when I turn it back the hot water does not get through except just a little spurt when I first turn a hot water spigot on. Then nothing, not even a trickle.

It worked fine one weekend and the next, nothing.

I can't see any kinked lines and I felt around where I could not see and didn't feel any that were crushed or kinked.

Any ideas?

I would check to see if there is water in the water heater. It might be bypassed. The heat you are feeling on the line could be reflected from a empty heater.

Sounds like the problem might be in the spigot itself. Start there and disconnect working backwards until you find the blockage point.

Shut it off and drain it out check for debris could be blocking the outlet

When you turn on any hot water faucet does any water come out of it?

Maybe an ounce at most if it hasn't been opened for a while, then nothing.

Read your initial post again and sounds same as a problem I had. It was the back flow preventor valve in the line that comes out of the hot water heater. On mine this was attached to the water heater outlet and was broken. If you remove the line coming out of it and fish around in the valve you should be able to get a plastic piece resembling a golf tee out, this stops the water from flowing back into the tank after draining and opening bypass valve for winterizing. The hot water should flow fine after hooking the line back with this piece removed, but if you winterize you will need to replace the whole valve assembly.
