A statement like this always amazes me. It may hold true for some RV parks but there are a lot of RV parks on the south and north frontage row that always have signs up advertising spaces including the month of February. It is also another trick that RV parks use when you call them trying to get you to commit right there and then by saying that they only have that one space left and you better give then a deposit or it will be to late.
