There is a foam overlay on the bottom of the OEM filter that is glued to the paper material. That is the OEM filter.

If you have a reusable bonnet, I haven't heard of that as an OEM product, as that is the first I have ever heard of that.

As I reported above, here are the OEM replacement filters:

W8800481 Air Filter-With Foam Cover Workhorse
A1236C Air Filter-With Foam Cover AC Delco

2006 Winnebago Voyage 35A
W-22 Chassis

The filter is the regular air filter that all the chevy trucks with the 8.1l engine use. Any Chevy or auto parts dealers will have them. The foam is an integraded part of this filter.

The "foam" this poster is talking about is the complete bottom part of the filter and is glued on. These are OEM.

It sounds like the OP's filter has a removable/stretchable foam bonnet that fits around the filter.

yes, that is what mine is. it looks like a house a/c filter black in color and it has sides all around. i have been taking it off washing it and once dried i stretch it over a napa 6144 air filter until the next change

I have a Winnie Adven. on a W20. I looked for the filter and can't find it.
