Ours gets tucked away every winter beginning in November and comes out toward the end of March, so it sites unused about 5 months each year. During the other times we use it almost every weekend but sometimes every other weekend. During those 7 months of use we spend about 60 days/nights in it.

Well ours has been sitting in the parking lot of Camping World in Albuquerque awaiting repairs from the damage a blown left inside tire did on July 6th. This is the longest is has sat in one location for any length of time.
