I have HWH hydraulic levelers and have no problems with them. Not something that can be installed in your backyard as a DIY project IMHO. Though not terribly complex, correct installation is an absolute must for safety's sake.
My guess would be several thousand dollars for an after market installation.
I talked to HWH a couple of weeks ago and a solenoid is $190. My system has four of them. The jacks themselves are several hundred each and there are four of them, plus the hoses, tank, wiring, controls, etc.

We use this one and set it on the floor next in front of the cabinets. Some I've heard set it on the cabinet as they say the installers attempt to get those as level as possible.
Here's the link
Level my RV
It is very sensitive. Our HWH levelers have built in sensors that indicate which end/side is low, and sometimes when I'm lazy I just use that.
Anyhoo, hope this helps

I also use a small torpedo level and put it on the floor next to me when leveling. I've found that spot to be accurate. I've tried the little bulls eyes and fancy three legged levels, but the torpedo is the best. The ones built into the system are not accurate and they drift with time so constantly have to be calibrated.

After leveling our coach with a torpedo level so the floor and fridge were dead on, I installed a pair of Hoppy Levels. One is mounted on the drivers door for front-to-back level, and the other on the dash for side-to-side level. When we pull into a site, I can level up before I get out of the drivers seat.

I have a cross check level attached to the top of the dash. When I installed it, I used a large carpenter's level to get the coach level. Then I used shims under the mounts for the cross check level to get it level. Now, I only use the cross check level on the dash, and it gets it close enough. The cross check level (3 legged level) is under $4.00. Link to level below.

Boy, I guess I sure mis-read that question. Sorry about that.
I use a small torpedo level or the RV E-Z level. I've found the easiset and just as accurate as anything is the bathroom door. If I put it in an open position (about 1/2 way) and it doesn't move it always confirms the level's findings.

Hi All.
We also have the HWH Leveling System. All you have to do it just watch the lights on it, and you will know when you are level. As far as the HWH Leveling System goes. I also keep a simple two way level on the HWH Control Panel, just for refferance. But I also keeep a very cheap and simple Bull's Eye Level in the bottom of the Fridge. As that is the only true place I really want as level as possible. The rest is close enought. That is one thing that the Manufactor did very well, when the HWH Leveling System was installed, it was set on "Level". Good Luck. Happy Travels. Dan & Jill
