Does anybody know if there is a HDMI junction box available on the market? I am getting Dish HD for the coach. It will connect via HDMI to the HD tv. The problem is that the DVD player connects via HDMI but the tv only has one input. It would be nice if there was a distribution box available. That way I could send the DVD feed to the rear tv too. Any chance?

Just searched on that today...

I don't know anything about them other than that they appear to be what we're looking for.

Most definitely - I've used several - Here's one place you can get them from

Here's another with MUCH better pricing

Originally, there was some incompatibility / confusion with HDMI audio standards - some HDMI devices didn't pass audio or didn't pass it properly (same with some cables) - try to buy from somewhere with a decent return policy just in case, however, I've never experienced any type problem with recent "stuff"

(cheapest might not be best here)

Do you have a pre wired HDMI cable to the rear TV? If you have coaxial to the rear, I doubt that you will be able to find a splitter that has HDMI in and coax out. I spent a couple of days looking for such a beast. Gefen Inc. was working on one but they gave up because they felt it would be a short lived transitory product. They went straight to HDMI wireless for the paltry sum of $1,000.

I opted for another Blu-ray player in the bedroom.
