The cost per hour of runtime is likely greater than a yamaha or honda.

Thank you all for the input. After what I've read here and reviews on-line, I think I will be going with the Honeywell!

Correct! The Honeywell will run 2000W constant with 2100-2200W surge.

Did a little surfin on this gen,,,,They were having problems with the lower tank and primer bulb so the newer models have the tank above using gravity instead of primer bulb.
The newer model is getting good reviews.
I believe the db level is 59 at max load,
My honeywell is maybe a bit louder than my honda 3000 but not by much.
98 degrees and im at 3700 ft and it was pulling my AC in my Arctic Fox 811.
The down side is its a bit more thirsty than honda or Yamaha and 12 pounds more and a little bigger size. (probably wont last as long but I really dont use it that much)
Upside,, half the price!

I may be wrong but the way I understand the specs, the honeywell puts out a constant 2000W with a peak 2100W,, Honda and yamaha 2000 peak and a constant 1600W
