Heard one running a few months back guy was happy with it as far as sound goes its not as quiet as a honda but not too loud either.IMO it was between a honda and a yellow champion.

The knock offs were a valid choice when they were only about $300ish but they have continually crept up in cost which lowered their advantage vis-a-vis Honda.
For less then $900 you can get the real deal delivered to your house. Quieter and with readily available dealers for service/support.

Just Bought one today as Costco for $449, brought it home and plugged my camper into it,
not much louder than my honda 3000i, pulled the AC on High for about 15 mins.
Im convinced it will work for me, The 3000 is to big and heavy for my camper set up.
Im at 3700 feet and it pulled the air but it was working.
If your gonna use it a lot (full timer) id consider a honda but we use it rarely,
most of our camping is with power and water so its for just a few times a summer we will need it.

I bought one on Amazon. I think it was $499 plus $45 shipping. Unfortunately, I've had problems with it. The shop guy says he has seen a few with defective primer bulbs. The generator can get enough fuel to run but not at load.
I am eager to see what it will do once it is fixed.

I dont see any primer bulb on mine, I saw on another post a guy talking about a bulb and others saying bulb?
I wonder if the newer models have changed.
Mine,,, I took it out of the box, put .45qt of oil and some gas,,,
Choked it and it started on the second pull.

Must be. On mine, the instructions were to press the primer bulb 30 - 50 times, then choke, then pull.
