I am thinking about replacing our Cougar 281 BH for a 2011 Heartland Sundance 3300 CK.
Any thoughts about the company/product would be greatly appreciated. I do not knpw much about them, but from their site all looks good. But I would like "real world" information to back it up.
The trailer can be purchased for around $35k.
here is a link Sundance 3300 CK
Thanks in advance,

We purchased a Sundance XLT 285 bunkhouse, last year and have been pleased with its overall performance and value. When compared to the competition it was about 15% less, had similar features, and the feedback on this forum was generally positive.

We had a 2005 Cougar 245RK, traded it in on our Sundance 290 MK in April or 2008. It's considered a 2009 model. We used it a lot in 2008. Did a Lake Superior circle tour, followed by a trip to Maine and on to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. We did a few shorter trips that year as well. In 2009 we did a few short trip. This year a few short trips and leaving for a month out west in 2 weeks. So we use ours.
We are very happy with our unit. Troubles.... lost the power converter on the first trip, had a drain pipe leak and a shower leak, all under warranty. I don't think that these issues are all that out of the ordinary. Have not had anything I would call a big concern.
Overal a very well made product for the money, IMO. It tows very well. By the way we have the upgraded axles and wheels, I highly recommend this option.
Good luck with your search for a newer unit.

We own and have lived in our 08' Bighorn for more than three years. It is a really well thought out and put together unit...we love it, as do many other Heartland owners.
There are alot of owners and good information on the Heartland Owners forum....here

Heartland is a good company and they stand behind their trailers. I own a Bighorn by heartland and would buy another heartland trailer if I were shopping.

I really like that layout. Heartland trailers are nice; I think they are a little slack on the finishing on their finish work but overall a solid value and trailer.
