We are wondering if anyone knows of a fiver with a 4-6 ft garage area on the end? Every thing we are seeing is like 8-12 ft. Don't really feel the need for it. We would like something smaller so we don't have to give up as much of the living area space seeing as we are looking to full-time. Any suggestions would be great

We have a 39 foot fifth wheel Raptor 382LEV, it has a side ramp and a 6' by 8' area dedicated for toys. When you unload the toys it becomes usable living space. We love it. They are not making it in a 2011 model but there are still 2010 models out there.

Check out the Montana Mountainer 347 THT. Small toy hauling area with a small desk and television.

Friends of ours have one of these. Heard Titanium went out of business. Floorplan is neat if you want the rear mini-garage. Might be worth looking for a used one...it's a good mid or upper/mid level 5er made in Canada.

We custom built and have a side door 4X8 foot toy box that is ducted into heat & AC with a separate exhaust fan. It can haul toys and quickly converts to a bar/smoking room to keep the remainder of our house smoke free. We went long but the builders will do any length & you work with them on floor plan and all interior design aspects. A bit more money but can not be beat for full-timing.

You might do better by moving your question to the Toy Haulers Forum.

Check out the Keystone Cougar lineup.. I have the 320 SRX and the have a 310 SRX. The garage area is just big enough for an ATV or Golf Cart or 1 larger motorcycle. My Harley ultra classic just barely fits but when not loaded the garage area has two bunks that fold down from wall. Could not be happier with my decision.

Here is the link to the photo gallery and floorplan of the 320 SRX

It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it!

I have the Raptor 3612RL, which has a half garage. Perfect for one big Harley or 2 quads nose to tail. It's about 4 feet wide and 12 fee long. Loads from the back, not the side. The nice thing is that leaves the other half of the back end for a room with a slide out. It opens into a decently sized second bedroom with it's own flatscreen tv.

Very handy.
