We would need a LOT more information on what you have, what your complaint is what what you want to achieve.
When you are discussing ride and handling issues, start by posting all the information you can-- what chassis, axle weights/GAWR, what tires you have and what PSI you carry, miles on coach, etc.

Like Brett says, we need to know what characteristic you're trying to improve. But generally, bags increase spring rate and sway bars reduce the amount of roll between the body and the axle without increasing spring rate. The bags, by virtue of the spring rate can also reduce this type of roll. Both are likely to increase the violence of that 'pull into the gas station at an angle too fast' type roll.

There are no cons about anti-sway bars. They are standard equipment on many RVs, but stiffer ones with poly-U bushings help.
As for air bags, ditto on what previous posters said about more info needed.
