I am curious as to how they are handling the Bank on this stuff? are they trasnfering your VIN to the new trailer? or they handling the SWAP of the loan? then again it could be paid for and none of my business LOL

Thats a big difference in pin weight, not sure why, I dont think they add propane at the factory. Curious on the difference.

Keystone will cut me a check for two months payments. I will work out with the dealer on the bank VIN transfer. Think it's called a collateral swap. There are some other hurdles to jump as far as the payment for the registration, but all will work out in the end......I hope. So far so good!

Here are the new numbers....fresh in off the email.

PDI scales used to get hitch weight
Overall Weight 14,355
Hitch 3,550

These are the numbers off their website. I'm sure the TE II stuff adds a good bit of weight.

Shipping weight 13,820
Pin weight 2,715

Pin difference of 835lbs! Not sure that includes propane either. Do they fill at at the factory?

Jason, congrats on the new TH! Very few have the Recon on here. You'll have to post up pics and let us know how it works out.

Thank you sir, & you're right, there aren't a lot of Recon's on here, don't know if that's a bad thing or not but I've really checked them out & they seem like they are built pretty good. It's a monster, coming in just shy 44' & weighing in at 18,000lbs. I'll get some pics on here when we pick it up.

Won't your tow vehicle handle the additional pin weight? Sounds as though they have increased the cargo, toy capacity by moving the axles toward the rear. Course that won't increase the GVWR. I'd hang with it, esp if you like it's features unless you just wanted to trade up.
