I guess if you're comparing a touring edition Fuzion then that might be true from the sounds of it. The ones I looked at didn't look anything like what you're discribing. I admitted I don't know about Fuzions insulation. Sounds great.

- Trail Air is not standard on Fuzion. It is on a Cyclone.
- Hydraulic front jacks are standard on Cyclone.
- 2nd air is not standard on Fuzion. It's an option just like Cyclone.
- They don't list speakers on the build sheets, I didn't see them in the pictures I saw, and someone else complained about the lack of them once. I just looked at some ebay sales though for 2011 models and they're white! So maybe I just missed them. Maybe they changed that since I looked? IDK. Then again Fuzion didn't have solid surface counters standard then either and now they do.
- The ones I viewed just had basic basements, not real finished out like higher end 5th wheels have. Again though, looking at the 2011 pictures, it looks way better now. That's good.
- Both have multiple bed conversion versions in the garage. No win there.
- Cyclone does not have an electic rear door. Not even sure if it's an option. I'll give Fuzion that, but then again I'm not sure why you'd want to wait for it to lift the gate either after seeing how easy it is to lift by hand. To each his own I suppose.
- Both have LP quick disconnects standard it seems for grills. Again no win.
- The hose reel on a Fuzion is not standard. I know Heartland people have added it, so it must be an option somewhere. Never seen one, but sounds cool. Maybe I need to add one. Haha...

One thing I'll say for the Fuzion I do like is I saw some models with two transom lights above the slide. That's awesome. Graphics are racier too if that's your thing. I never liked the red slide side walls, but I see they're black now.

They seem on par in terms of weight, with the Cyclone only being slightly heavier in both pin and OA weight due to it being slightly longer. So that tells you they're closer then ya think.

One thing more then any always helps my RV choice. Have a GREAT dealer. I mean GREAT. I didn't have a decent Keystone dealer till the end. That was a huge problem for me. Look for a local dealer. Makes life easier.

Sounds like with the right options on a Fuzion, they're more on par then they use to be.

The we are still torn between the two after everyone provided awesome information. We love snowboarding in the winter and wanted to make sure our new home can handle the cold. Heat in Phoenix, AZ can be remedied by adding a second AC unit, but the cold really is hard to deal with when water lines start freezing up... Anyone with experience of Fuzion or Cyclone in the winter?

Dont get me wrong, both are wonderful THs and either would be great for you. Also, there are Fusion TE IIs still out there on the lot if you can find them.

We have an '09 Fuzion 302 TE. We looked at the Cyclone at the time but didn't care much for it. Looked at the new 2011 and could be very happy with it.

We are very happy with our 302 but don't use it in the winter. I'm not sure about the insulation, but I would want better windows for cold weather. I have read that all TE's had double pain or something but many of our windows are not that good. Not an issue for us but will be for you. Take a good look before you take anything home.

Our TE came with the electric ramp door. The electric lift is now taking up storage shed space. Slooooowww and took up floor space in the garage. Like you said, easy to lift anyway. That's one thing I did not check on the new Cyclones. The one we were looking at was an '08 or '09 and the wife could not lift the door on it. Salesman even told her not to try. Not enough spring assist.

Oh see and I like the red graphics. I think they're cool. I just didn't care much for the red sided slide. Must be others didn't as well if they changed it.

The standard Cyclone graphics were kinda boring I thought. We got the Full Throttle graphics in blue. It's a toy hauler...it should be a little racy I think. Sounds like they've brought the Fuzions up a little this past year or so.

How does the Raptor fit in then? Like the Road Warrior? I didn't research those last year.

As some people have mentioned if you are comparing the Cyclone to the regular Fuzion its pretty darn close. Now that Mav has mentioned that they are no longer producing the TEII I can understand why I haven't seen many lately on my local dealers lot. I stopped by there yesterday to look at the 322 again and they only had a 398 in the TEII.

I like a lot of the features in the TEII, but they are getting harder to find.

Does anyone know if the Fuzions all come equipped with the "Blizzard Package"? All the ones on my dealers lot do and I am just wondering if he orders them that way. Having the BP moves the Fuzion just a baby step up above the Cyclone in terms of insulation, but if are just comparing the stock Fuzion insulation the Cyclone wins hands down.

Thanks Mav. We really can't wait to get our hands on one of either... It sounds like Fuzion is winning out right now... If we can find a 2010 TE we will definitely get it.

Oooo, the "Blizzard Package" sounds like something we would want! I know the Cyclone has pretty good insulation from other users, but I wonder how well Fuzion performs in the cold.

I wish Keystone has more information on their website about Touring Edition and Blizzard Package... so I can learn all about the features...

It's not all about the options though either j2davis. I would consider MadMav's troubles with his new Fuzion. Keystone didn't do it's due diligence in the design department IMO. Being off 20" is nearly off two feet! I hope he makes out ok when the smoke clears.
