X2. Generally if electric is included the price is higher in order to recoup the cost. I'm at an RV park right now in western OK paying $400/month incl electric. The site is really not worth $400/mo IMHO but since I'm getting electric "free" the cost is somewhat ameliorated.

The best deal I've gotten recently was a nice space in Yuma where I paid $275/mo, but that also included $50 electric usage, an amount I never reach anyway.
