Hello,
Looking to take a quick weekend trip camp. Any places near west of Ft Collins/Redfeathers area you can boondock? Red Feather camp grounds are all full. I would like to fish and ride the quads with the kids. I will be pulling a 35' TT so I need a little bit of room to maneuver. Anyone know of good spots up there? Thanks for any suggestions!

There are dispersed/primitive camping spots in the National Forest around Red Feather. We've gone up Deadman Road and found some great spots.

It is a gravel road but well maintained. We towed our 5th wheel and 4-wheeler trailer over it.
