Newby here. I was looking at some RV park reviews in the above link and in them they list the "latest rate". Is this the rate for an overnight stay or is it an average daily rate on a seasonal basis?

Those are the results of the last ones to provide a review and the rate they paid at the time indicated. Be sure you read it all - that one might be the Passport rate they paid.
You always want to verify with the actual site or contact the owners/managers.

Most of these resorts that cater to seasonal campers have web sites where you can find their rates. They usually have charges based on daily, monthly or seasonal stays. The RV Park Reviews site usually includes a link to the park's web site.

2, check their web site
3, check other sources such as Trailer Life or Good Sam books
