Does anyone have any info on how the town of Nuevo Progreso Mexico fared with the Flooding of the Rio Grande River?

Nothing on Progresso but we did get a report from Llano that the water was down about a foot today.

We were in Nuevo Progresso Tuesday of last week. There was no flooding at that time. There was water in the floodway on the US side of the border and some of the roads leading to Nuevo Progresso were closed. The river was high. Nuevo Progresso itself was dry.
Highway 2 is a road that parallels the river on the Mexican side and connects Nuevo Progresso to other Mexican border towns in the area. With the drug violence, none of us should heave any reason to travel that road.
