Just bought a used Roadtrek 210 Popular. The rear mounted Air conditioner is not working. I cannot find instructions on how to remove the unit. Anyone change one out?

Old model 210 from the 90's, or the new wide body 210?

If your RV is the newer model (the 210 wide body, not the original 210 from the 1990's) then the A/C likely is removed from the rear of the roof just like all RT Chevy 190's. There should be a rear roof plastic cover which is secured with 10 to 12 "well nuts." Remove the screws from these well nuts, lift off the plastic cover and after disconnecting the 120VAC, duct work etc the A/C unit can be removed out the rear of the van (not from the inside of the RV as almost all Dodges). If you have the wide body your A/C unit is a "KoolCat" which is technically a heat pump.

Consider using the Dometic High Efficiency 13.5k btu unit, 459530. It draws less power than my previous 11k btu unit, only 10 amps & only needs a 15 amp circuit.
My roof top AC on my 1997 Xplorer has to be dismantled from the interior to come off.

Should have noted, it is one of the older models, 1993. It doesn't look like there is room to take it out the back, though that would make sense. Appears that one pretty much has to dismantle the interior to get the old one out.

The Roadtrek class B under discussion doesn't use a conventional RV rooftop A/C. It uses a window unit 'buried' in the back of the roof.
OP, you'll find a similar thread on a Dodge 190 somewhere not far below. I think the older 210's mounting access is similar, but maybe not identical. IIRC, it does involve some dis-assembly both outside and inside.

I have a 94 RoadTrek 210 Popular on a Chevy G30 chasis. My Fedder's a/c had been recently installed by the 2nd owner. I am the 3rd owner. The a/c works fine on cooler days. And doesn't always work on really hot humid days. I am contemplating replacing it with a unit that I have in my house. It is slightly smaller and more energy efficient.
I spoke to the nice folks at RoadTrek and they gave me lots of advice and instructions (including diagrams, hints and tips). Both inside vehicle and outside rear removal instructions are included. Depending on what year and model.
I'll check with them to make sure they don't mind me sharing what they shared with me, and if I can refer you to them direclty. If it's ok with them, I'll post it here. Otherwise, you can send me a personal message.

I just spoke to the technician at RoadTrek. He said that you should call RoadTrek and ask for service or parts. They will be glad to direct you.
The techs there recommended that you talk to them directly, at 888-762-3873, so that they can determine the specific information for your vehicle.
I will still be glad to help or give you any information or advice that I've learned. Just let me know if I can help further.
