OK everybody here's your chance to let me know if I've really screwed up or maybe did the right thing. Today I bought a 1994 34ft Pace Arrow gasser from an elderly neighbor who bought it new. Always keptin RV garage beside his home. 55,233 miles, Two roof A/C's, double door fridge w/ice-maker, leveling jacks, micro/convection, porcelain toilet, new Michelin all around, etc.etc.etc. you get the picture, looks new, shiny and perfect. He offered to his son who wanted it for free. Not happening. Offered to me for $12,000. I drove it and it's really just super. Ford 460 fuel injection, Overdrive trans. I just don't see how I could have gone wrong. Talk to me.

You may have paid a bit too much, average retail is $10,900, Considering the condition and knowing the history you are probably O'k. On that age coach the mileage is of no importance.

If it spent the entire time it wasn't used in an indoor garage, that could make it worth the extra dough right there. You say it's shiny, does that include the front and rear cap? That is a nice RV if in very good condition. Now you knew you were going to hear this part right?

I would not hesitate to pay up a for such a coach (from someone you know, one owner, garaged, etc.) That's one heck of a deal.

Thanks to all who replied. I'm looking forward to putting some miles on the old girl and I'll report how things work out. The old gentleman whom I bought this coach from is just excited to have it remain in the neighborhood and he plans to come "visit" his old friend often. This thing is like a time warp, like new that was just discovered. I'll post as to how it runs and performs for me, my wife of 31 years and our brat grandkids. Court.

Since the previous owner wants to visit it maybe he would let you store it in his garage for a reasonable price. That should help to keep it shiny.
