HappyTrails2U2...I tried using bottle jacks (6 of them) and my trailer still rocked. I then added another set of scissors jacks (trailer now has 6 of them) and the trailer still rocked. I got extra blocking so that I only had to lower my jacks about 5" and it still rocked. I put BAL between the tire chalks and my trailer still rocked. So, even when I had 6 scissors jacks down, 6 bottle jacks under the frame (at the same time), and the between the tire chalks, my trailer still rocked. Perhaps it was due to the double slides. All I know is that it now no longer rocks. I would be willing to bet that my trailer is more stable than your trailer at this point. Finally, if your are trying to say that I'm a fool for buying this system my last reply to you is to look in the mirror if you want to see a jackass!

I can now understand why you can't get your trailer to quit rocking while using a total of 12 scissor jacks and bottle jacks including Bal-Chocks plus tire chocks and a hoist of other stuff. You need to put these things UNDER the trailer not on the roof.
