Just had a news flash that Coach-Net is moving to Dallas so it's sister company 'Stellar' can take over managing its call center. Since stellar is quoted as providing world-class call centers I suppose that means service will go into the dumper. IMHO I want good service, and NOT world-class!

Looking for Free Wifi I noticed SSID " HRM_Police_Surveillance_Van_#2" Think it's safe to connect?

The vast majority of Coach-Net’s Lake Havasu City employees will have an opportunity to relocate to call center operations in the Dallas area, ensuring continuity in service and preservation of the company’s deep industry knowledge.

I've been a member for over 10 years, but the 1st time I call in and get an east indian on the phone, I will be an EX customer. I hope you are reading this Coach Net. We no longer travel in Mexico, so Allstate Road Service will work for us, if necessary.

I recently read a complaint about Allstate using a call center in India. The Allstate help desk could not find the New Jersey Turnpike.
