Thanks Norm, I will put that in the memory bank. I refuse to do business with someone I can not communicate with.

I've only called CoachNet once - and I received excellent service from an RV technician that spoke excellent english, knew my RV, and really cared about getting us back on the road. I keep renewing after that one great experience. I agree with the Texan: first time I speak to a person that doesn't understand English or my RV or doesn't care, I'd start looking for alternatives. Till then, I'm happy with my current contract with CoachNet!

recently read a complaint about Allstate using a call center in India. The Allstate help desk could not find the New Jersey Turnpike
NJ must have sold it to a foreign county like Indiana sold their toll road. Now no one knows where to look for it.

As someone who has worked out of Dallas several weeks each year I can't see an issue with this. Why would anyone care or be concerned?

Fellow RVers-
Please allow me to offer the following for your consideration.
At Coach-Net, we welcome the opportunity to respond to inquiries from our members and prospective members to help broaden the understanding of our valuable services and the peace of mind they provide.
First and foremost, our #1 objective is to make this transition seamless to our members. That said, our new center will give us many advantages and features that will only increase the dependability and quality of the services we provide.
While our sister company, Stellar, does have a global footprint, Coach-Net will be maintaining all direct member contact points from our Dallas call center.
In fact, many of our Lake Havasu employees have already agreed to relocate to the Dallas area over the next 9 months as part of our relocation incentive program.
Rest assured you can travel easy for years to come with Coach-Net, the premier RV roadside and technical assistance company.
Sincerely,
Henry Stroup

Thank you Mr Stroup for taking the time to provide additional info for your members. As I said in my OP, I have been a member for 10+ years and am very satisfied with your company, BUT and here I do not kid, the 1st time the phone is answered by someone that I can not understand or has a very apparent indication of not knowing what is happening, will be the end for me. I hope you do continue with the excellent service you have provided all these years.
