Howdy. Would not be my choice for snowbirding. Although I am not a Yuma fan it would be a nice alternative. Consider palm Springs area as well. Not sure about the illegal thing. Have never noticed a problem. Then again we like the Latino culture influence in the area. Its kinda why we like the south.

Hey
Bob and Betsy, the new truck seems almost as big as the 5er!LOL,, its black and tan, with tan and chocolate interior. We are going "camping on wednesday, first time to pull trailer with it. It rides like a lincoln town car, maybe it is!!! It will definitely get us back to Q. The Ford made it home in April with no problems..thank goodness. Where will you be this coming winter, I heard a rumor-Key West? Jack called last sat. he is heading to Ontario and we are going up in Sept to his cabin, about 5 hrs. north of us..no elec and the old out house! Words when you have a moment!! Thanks Dona

You Might want to look at Meridian RV Resort in Apache Junction.
Meridian RV Resort
No park models. Close to Wal Mart,Mc Donalds, etc; but far enough away from Phoenix to matter!
The Wi-Fi is bad, but we get broad-band to our rig for $39.95 a month.
You pay for your own electricity.
If you call mention my name.
