Rockwood has a number of models that would probably fit your description. Though Mine is a different model it says something for the building techniques and over all quality of the line. We towed our Rockwood over 50,000 miles before needing our first repair. It is one of several fine brands to consider.

I like my Gulf Stream Ameri-Lite 255BH Ultra-Lite. Linky Bunks in the back (a single and a double), nice big slide, master with an honest swinging (not sliding) door, and many other very nice touches. Literature puts it at some 4,700#, but those weights are always light. Title weight is 5,150.

I just loaded it with some 1,200# to 1,500# of stuff for a week at the beach and my Expedition pulled it over 600 miles round trip at 60+ MPH without any problems. Got 9.5 MPG.

I've also pulled it through the mountains without much trouble. 2nd gear in the steep stuff, but what can I say...it's a gasser.

I like the trailer a whole lot. Bought it off the lot for just over $15k. After an exhaustive search, it was the only one available anywhere near us that met our layout, weight (under 5k# dry), and length (under 28' preferred, under 30' required) requirements. It was just a bonus that it we got a great deal on it.

The Keystone Passport Ultra-light line has several rear bunk models. Check out the 280BH, and others.

The Edge M22 was high on my list before deciding on a little bigger TT. The Focus FX22 is cheaper, has ducted heat/air, but loses a lot of the Edge cool factor. Also, check out Crossroads Slingshot TTs. Every one is less than 5000 dry, even one just under 29' OAL.

I have a Bullet 180FBS which I'm very happy with. They make a 23' model that fits your criteria:

I have the same table and slide-out. For eating more that 2 people at a time, we add 2 stools facing the couch.
