I got a return email from SaniCon today trying to go down the road of a hose leak, and/ or improper installation. We'll see how this turns out, but I'll post the conversation here if it gets any dumber(on their part). I also looked at the other thread so it should be pretty clear that they have a problem. I offered to send them the forum threads concerning this problem. Lets see if they ask..
