One bit of advise. Use the Awesome, or any other cleaner with caution. Too much use and scrubbing and you will remove the paint. Don't ask me how I know this.

You ask "why does the front window cover look so good?" DW repainted it.
What kind of paint did she use? I'd like to repaint mine.
She used what is called "folk art outdoor opaque". She say you can get it at many craft stores. The ones you can't find go to ACE and get a qt. of that color in a flat exterior. Then spray it with a few coats of semi-gloss clear. Also have a towel under your arm while your painting it as the cover will flak and you'll get fiberglass in your arm.
If your cover is like ours I can send you a picture of the finished painting so you'll have it as a reference.
I do believe it is the same. I'd love to have a picture. Thanks!
Between DW's pc and mine we have over 100k pictures and she can't remember where she filed it or it's name.
So I'll go to the storage lot and take a new pic (may not be for a few days.)
I'm going to take a 5meg pixel pic. I'll send it to you in a PM that way you will have a high res. pic.

Thats great. It will be a fun project and add a lot to the looks of the camper. My husband is an artist so I think I'll ask him if he would like to do the painting.

Had to do some plumbing repairs and am in the process of resealing all the doors & windows. The roof will be next. Added a second battery since we mostly dry camp.

That looks gtreat!

Here is a good looking 1979 Silver Streak...a cousin to the Streamline. 31 years old and NO LEAKS. It is for sale and replaced with a newer trailer, a 1989 Avion (silver).

Our 2006 KZ just turned 4 and is still going strong - just upgraded to a power tongue jack to save my shoulder and elbow. I have debated getting a bigger TT with a slideout, but I don't have much room on the side of the house to store it. And both our daughters are now in their upper teens so they don't come that often, so a 24' TT is plenty when it's just me and DW.
Heading out to central PA this Friday (Knoebels) and then to the NASCAR Pocono race next weekend (dry camp in infield). I have debated getting a small generator and/or upgrading my solar panel, but haven't been able to justify the cost yet.

It is amazing to see what differnt folks consider "older trailers". I have always consider older as 20 years old as a minimum. The problem is most of the current factory plastic boxes will not be on the road in 20 years.

Here is my new to me 1993 Salem by Cobra. Not even sure which model it is. Just did a straight trade, my 2002 Coachmen Clipper popup for this. He was looking for something lighter and I was looking for something bigger. Will be taking it out for the first time this weekend.

Check out my 85 - 23' Yellowstone Century Below bought 10 years ago for $3000 I think that is about 25 years old. This thing has been a good one Has large refer and a 4 burner stove. It might be old but it's paid for.

We just bought a '68 Holiday 17' over the past weekend. I was stalking a little Scotty (maybe 15'?) but we can't seem to find the owner. I have no idea of the year, but it has the cool cut out in the wheel cover and some tuck n roll in the aluminum. It's at an old shop that's closed (it's not for sale, but we figured we'd make an offer and see if they'd accept, it we could find them). I gave up and started hunting around and found two Holidays, chose this one because it was smaller and since our TV is a 78 I didn't want to get something too heavy (the TV is bone stock original motor and tranny).
When I started looking, mid 70's was the newest I looked at (I specifically wanted a vintage camper/TT), I have a hard time thinking of 90's era anything as old, lol.
