Another vote for JAYCO! They produce one of the best products out there! Plus, a 2 year BtB warranty! We've had ours for a little over 3 years and NOT ONE WARRANTY ISSUE!!! I previously had a Keystone TT, and what a hunk of junk! It spent more time in the shop than in a campground! I have a friend who just bought a Keystone 5er (Couger) about 3 months ago and they are already on the same nightmarish path of endless issues!

Good luck in your search! You'll love a 5er, that's for sure!!!

we are digging the sabre 32bhok. Afterall, the bunks are for kids who cares if they are in the back 3 comfy beds and the couch is an air bed if we need a fourth. Separate bath, full master. Outside kitchen. Take a look at the sabre, they also have a front bunk plan

I think I may have found it.

What do you all think of the Heartland Sundance 3300CK?

What do you know about Heartland, pros/cons etc?

I think I can get it for around $35k for a 2011 Brand New unit.

Thanks again for the help,

Here is the link

Are you sure the one bath is going to be enough? Our 1/2 bath comes in VERY handle when the entire family is traveling.

We have the Jayco 355 forward bunk. It is a full cap fiver, so it is not what you are looking for but.. We wanted a our bedroom in the rear. Its quieter in the rear, the cooler air goes to the bottom/rear, it has a nice big vista window in our bedroom when getting out of bed to look at the lake, and the kids love it up top (like a club house for them. We do love the the 1/2 bath but draining all the tanks blows.

With all that we are thinking of selling ours because of graduate schools, so I don't know if we will even get to keep it.

Good luck,
