to me it sounds like your breaker is working the way it should ... you have a problem with the AC side of things not the DC from what i can see ... i'd start by going to each AC box and unhook the wires ... might be a dead short or even a wire pinched somewhere ... trial and error and lots of patience

good luck

x2 , also where there any signs of mice , they love to chew the insulation off wiring . If nothing is hooked up to 110 you either have a bad breaker or a dead short .

ok, so maybe im just stupid when it comes to electrical issues, but how can I test for a dead short when there is no power running through the wires in the first place, when I push the breaker in, I have full power to everything for a split second, then it all goes out, no power to the rig at all.

I was trying to suggest diplomatically that he should test his house plug. Since his problem is 120V (his 12v worked) to start at the source of power. The breaker is popping which could mean something as simple as a shorted wire at the interior receptical. If his house checks out OK then he can use the multitester ohm meter after unplugging the 120V to trouble shoot for a short and isolate the misbehaving component.

Disconnect ALL power. Then use the multimeter OHM function. you may need to get a roll of wire to extend the black lead to ground. Use the red lead to probe all supply wires (hot when connected). If the meter remains at zero then the circuit is NOT grounded but if the meter does show movement or any voltage then you have found the circuit where there is a short. Once found, by disconnecting wires you can further isolate the area of a short...The short could be a wire or a component. The ohm function uses a 1.5V battery in the meter to supply the power. Do not EVER have the meter on OHM if testing A/C or D/C with power applied or you will blow the meter.

You need to get inside the panel and find out how the power is connected to that button breaker . Then you can temporarily bypass the breaker and see if you trip the house breaker . If it doesn't then the problem is the breaker . If it does then there is a short in one of the AC runs. If this is the case disconect all of the AC circuits , reconnect the button breaker and see if it pops . If it doesn't connect one circuit at a time until you find the one with the problem . Caution , disconnect power between each operation.

ok, so , there is no onboard battery on the rig, the converter has to be hooked up to a battery to run the 12v systems?

Ok, so problem solved, sort of, started taking out all the outlets and low and behold, the last outlet was fried on the inside, after that one was out, I now have power to the other outlets, however, I dont seem to have power the the interior lights or water pump, The work when running from the truck battery, does this mean the converter is not working right?
Maybe not.
the water pump and the interior lights work on 12V. The pull push switch should be a battery disconnect. You should have a battery somewhere and engaging the switch with the green ring should be it's control. The converter may not be connected to the battery and you only have 12v when hooked to your truck battery. Good luck.

Good start.
Did you remember to plug in the converter?
Does the switch alternate between shore power & truck power (battery)?
