Don't think I would want to be cooped up in that with the wife, two kids and a dog for a 3 day rain storm at the lake. Might be alright for a single person though....

Wouldn't want to be in any camper under those conditions , well maybe the dog .

I saw this, very very noisy in the rain. I had a Sunline 750C aluminum sided and aluminum roof. Very dry unit, but when it rained, even a sprinkle, you heard every drop like being inside a large drum.

I do like the fact that it's lightweight and "can fit a Colorado or Ranger"

Downfall is some of these get too small for comfort.

Neat Idea, too bad they didn't go with a plastic or rubberized exterior panels.

We get to choose rust or wood rot? I guess rust would take longer to compromise the structure?

Hmmmmm.
Aluminum doesn't rust...

I absolutely love the idea.

I'd say, based on what I've seen of the factory, production and frame build, that they have the best hard-side camper in the industry, and not by a yard-stick, but by a moon shot.

They're catering to the sub 0.5 ton currently, however they (the manufacturer) states that they are gearing up to manufacture these campers for the *full-sized* truck market.

If they play their cards right, they could literally lead the North American hard-side truck camper quality parade rapidly, and be number 1 in perhaps 5 years.

Kudos to these guys!

They claim a weight(dry?) of 950lbs which is above the load capacity of all the trucks they list. Especially once people and gear are added to the equation.

I like the all welded aluminum tube frame construction, as well as the aluminum skin in and out. I think it's a real winner and this guy has the right company philosophy.

No....but that's no reason to keep making the same mistake.
