I noticed today while driving around in Ontario, Niagara falls.....on some of the hiways there were some really low clearences on some of the over head streets..............

Just where are you going? Ontario IS in Canada - you just said you were there? So what is your question? You have been there so now what?

I'd take I 190 and cross at the Peace Bridge in Buffalo... to Fort Erie. Then head for Hwy 3, a nice leisurely drive to Erie Beach (south of Chatham). Some small towns to go through, but I will be taking Hwy 3 to Long Point Provincial Park with my fiver on Monday. Welcome to Canada!!
