I tow a 28 FT 5th wheel with my ford F250 and IMHO that is about as much as I would care to tow with my Pickup. Any bigger and I would want a dually pickup!

Too big for a SRW 2500. Probably too big for a SRW 3500. That's a lot of weight in the bed of a truck.

You could tow it with a 1500.. Better question would be, can I stop 14100#'s in an emergency with a 2007 Dodge 2500 6.7 ? I think that going down a 6% mountain grade with that rig would be a white knuckle ride.

Yes but I think you'll find that you will be at the top of the comfort scale. I just switched trailers and now I've a bit more pin weight. My weights are in line with your proposed weights and I'm considering going back to a dually.
both braking and towing are fine with the combo as is but I like the dually for the long distance trips.

Amazed no one has asked - is that 14100# the dry or empty weight or GVWR? If it is GVWR, you'll be fine. If it is empty weight, you'll be too heavy. As stated by Chris on the first page, the only difference between a Dodge 2500 and 3500 SRW is one more rear spring pack. Add airbags, and you have the same thing.
