Not sure if this has been posted yet, on Thurday June 10, there will be a show called ULTIMATE FACTORIES on Speed Channel. This week they show the production of a Winnebago Vectra.

If you are interested check your local listings for times.

Yes I just watched it. It's amazing how Winnebago makes everything in-house themselves including the water tanks, the furniture, and even the fiberglass showers. It kinda makes you more forgiving about quality control, there are so many places things can go wrong. They make the motorhomes so fast, the assembly line does not stop, everyone is rushing to get their stuff done. I wonder why they don't make the Vectra anymore. The show said that Winnebago is the largest RV maker in the world. Do they make more diesel pushers than Tiffin?

I just toured the Winnebago Factory last week,(also the Tiffin factory) prior week, what a difference, Winnebago factory was clean, organized, and efficient. Sorry to say the Tiffin factory was the opposite. Both make good Coaches but I would have to lean to the Winnebago for quality. By the way Winnebago's are on and assembly line but it runs at 6 inches per hour. All three lines were full and all units were sold units.
