RALLY EVENTS
Thursday, October 7th: Early Bird Special! No, it's not Bingo Night! But come a night early and really do nothing except sit around and catch up on old times with friends and family. Check-In is at 4:00 PM.
Friday, October 8th: Official Start and Welcome! This is the night for Winers.... Bring a bottle (or two) of your favorite Wine and/or some Cheese to share and enjoy this popular event at the usual spot around the group campfire. Check-In is at 4:00 PM.
I will be at my site, #103, from 6:00 - 7:00 PM for you to pick up your Welcome Packet. Also, when you pick up your packet I will need collect $20 from you. This is used to cover all the miscellaneous costs for the Rally, and to purchase prizes for everyone to win.
Saturday, October 9th: Start off your day by taking in the local flavor and visit the Amish Bakery. But get there early as the lines get long! Indian Trails has maps available for you to enjoy your self-guided tour of the countryside.
We're going to mix things up a bit this year to try to keep Saturday night from getting too hectic.
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Potluck Brunch!
Bring your favorite breakfast or lunch dish to pass. Hot Beef and Hot Ham Sandwiches will be served up, graciously donated again by Pat & Carey Merz. The Raffle will take place during the brunch. The Water Wheel shed has been reserved for us, but weather permitting, we might have this outside. As always, help is appreciated with setting up and cleaning up.
2:00 PM: Kid's Crafts!
Following the Brunch & Raffle, Michelle Smith will be heading up the Kid's Crafts. This fun time includes Tie-Dying and Cookie decorating. This will also be held in the Water Wheel Shed, or outdoors (weather permitting). Additional information for this will follow soon. If you wish to volunteer and help Michelle out, please let her know.
7:00 PM: Trick or Treat! Smell My Feet!
Saturday Night is for Ghosts & Gobblins of all ages with Trick or Treating for the kids (and adults?). If you wish to hand out candy at your site, just turn on your porch light!
The rest of Saturday night is up to you to enjoy as you'ld like...
Sunday, October 10th: Show up at 10:00 AM for the group picture if you so desire. Also, plan on turning in your nametags prior to this to Marty & Wendy on Site #72 for a chance at a final drawing prize.
