We'll be at Ocean Waves Campground in Waves, NC in 2 weeks and are looking for a doggie daycare. We can leave our mini poodle home, but I would like to take him if possible, but if we're sightseeing for any length of time, I don't want to leave him in the TT.

It is a little further south, but maybe you will be site-seeing down that way anyhow .... Their web page says they have one up north in Rodanthe also, but I have never seen that one ....
We travel with two dogs, and find quite a few of the business, including restaurants that have outside dining, are pet friendly ....

There is a Clinic/boarding at the city limits or just north of the Kill Devil Hills city limits on the west side of the Hwy. (Bipass) about the 5 or so MP. Sorry cant remember the name but you can't miss it or any of the locals and put you on it. Great folks and will take care of your fur baby...
