When it gets dirty. Sometime I can just dust it off, and clean off the bugs.

I wash when we return. That gets the salt air and bugs off of rig before they are baked on. I might give it a quick wash before we leave if its been awhile, but I find that is usually a waste of time since CGs can be dusty.

Before and after. I like it clean both inside and out so I also clean the inside before a trip. After to get bugs off and if they are really bad I will stop at a wand wash and do it on the trip. Once bugs dry/bake on they are a lot harder to off.
