Wow, if there's enough rot that you can poke a hole in the wall covering with your finger, finding & sealing the leak may be the least part of the necessary repairs. Repairing the damaged area sounds like a major issue. Hopefully the dealer will step up & do the right thing.

Hello Everyone,

We took our TT to the dealer yesterday and showed him all the issues we found and a couple other things we noticed while we used it our first time. The manager came out and looked at the damaged areas and could not say sorry enough. He explained that this is NOT how they do business and they will make sure everything is taken care of 100%. So it is a good start. They will be calling me to drive out and look at it before and after to make sure I know they did a proper job. Piece of mind.

That is great to hear. How long till they get it fixed? How bad is the water damage?
