This is where I tend to go mostly... One time, there was actually another RV up there! Was kind of cool, because of the "8" sites, only three are actually sort of level...

Honest to goodness truth. . . Went to a drive-in in Lockport, NY to see the movie RV with Robin Williams... in my F-350 Dually oil burner and 11 1/2' Lance truck camper w/slide in the bed. I was considerate enough to buy their popcorn instead of making my own.

We used ours for me to work out of while parked at the beach! The house a/c had gone out and realized the coach was out front still! Loaded up and went to the beach the next day, nice breezes off the water with no need for a/c!

Whenever we visit theme parks with the family/friends or even concerts ...

I found out a bit ago that generally they make you park in the "BUS" parking area even though we are only a class "C".

Curiously enough, the "BUS" areas are generally mostly empty and right next to the gate. I guess they want to make it convenient for the large groups.

So, we sit in a line of cars of people all headed to the mile away parking spots and they direct us right up to the gate area next to the buses.

Then we proceed to use it as a base of operations to eat lunch and/or change clothes throughout the day. Also, hang out watching TV and having a beer until the lot empties out at night ...

All under the envious eyes of the car folk ...

;-)

Im lovin it ...

We have friends who own a dive quarry so we camp there quite a bit in between our regular camping trips. Nice to have the place to ourselves (and the owners, of course) after the scuba divers have gone home.

We like to take Rhoda to our kids' out of town activities, the State Fair and dirt track car races in the area. We also have gypsy camp weekends at our lake cabin with other families. We stay in the motorhome and loan out the cabin to those without an RV.

Last time I checked, there were about 500 left in the entire country, but they're out there if you look, One in Rome, NY is still open.
