We have the Crossroads Cruiser CF31QB and we love this unit. They are well built and we have only experienced minor things that you would experience when purchasing any brand of new trailer.

We bought a 06 Cruiser, that we purchased used in 08. We have been happy with the quality of the unit, and the 2 times I called the factory for help. they were very responsive.
The only things we would change is the side toilet room is too small. and the room between the front closet and the bed is a little tight for the DW to make the bed. Jim

We also have a CF31QB, a 2010 model. So far we have towed it about 5,000 miles. It tows easily and securely. It is also well built and comfortable. Any issues we have had have been corrected under the excellent two-year bumper to bumper warranty. We bought ours in August, 2009 from RV Wholesalers. It was ordered from Crossroads and took about five weeks from order to delivery. Pleased with the RV and dealer. We get warranty work done locally from an excellent Crossroads dealer, ExploreUSA of San Antonio.

We have an 09 Seville by Crossroads. I think it is a quality brand. The Cruiser is very popular for good reason. Excellent customer service after the sale, not just before hand to get you signature.

I own a 28ft Bunkhouse that is a 2004 model that was built in August of 2003. Just adding up trips we have taken with it, I'm guessing 20,000 miles on the unit. I haven't had any problems that would be out of the ordinary. Had the pocket door hardware on the track work its way loose, replaced stabilizer jacks under warranty. Tip of bat wing antenna was scuffing the rubber roof which I caught before any roof breach occured. I wax it twice a year and it sits outside year around with no cover and it looks almost as good today as it did when I bought it. Darn plastic stove exhaust vent, plastic window trim around the door window, and cargo door latches have yellowed some. Cabinet door glass inserts needed to be caulked in place as 2 worked loose. I have the original brakes still and the bearings have been greased twice. All applliances work as well today as when I bought it. Window blind strings have come loose but it was easy to fix. I have been very happy with mine.

We bought a CF32BL last May. Problems have been very minor. Overall we really like it and are happy with the purchase. The only sloppy workmanship that irks me in the trailer is the cabinet doors. The ones with double-doors have to be closed togather or else they overlap slightly due to not being aligned correctly. There's also some cabinet hinges that the screws into the wood are stripped.
There isn't another layout even close to this trailer and that's what sold us on it.
If you plan on camping in the south be sure to get 2 A/C units. We got the single 15k unit and during the summer at the coast it just wouldn't cut it during the day. Just got done adding a 2nd unit.
One minor dis-like I have is that there are 2 sewer outlets so you have to re-connect the sewer hose to dump. You also have to crawl up under a slideout to get to the valve on the rear tank.
We bought from RV Wholesalers. With the Patriot package and almost every single upgrade / option available we paid just under $27,000 and that was for a 2010 model.
Let me know if ya have any specific questions.
