Unfortunately, the law only applies to those folks on their own water wells. If you're on a municipal water supply, you still can't collect rain water. I don't know what the big deal is. We consistently send much of our state's allotment down the river to CA anyway!

That's another one of those "for appearances" laws. The cost and difficulty of enforcing it make it next to impossible. They can't even make a dent in illegal drug labs with all they spend on them.

By the way, us Colifornya types will trade our skiers for your water. LOL

hmmmmm strange to me that reads.
Rainwater Catchment Now Legal in Colorado.

Legal meaning its decriminalized?

Then if its legal why all the laws enforcing its harvest??

I love Colorado ,, But man man man,, they have Calif laws..
