There was a post on this a while back and the OP installed one on a travel trailer. Nice setup. I liked it so much I ordered one and it will be here today.
He also posted a link and phone number. By far the cheapest I have found unless you can find one on Ebay cheaper.

Matt:
I got mine from Tim at RVCAMS.com and he was really helpful. He's not the cheapest but the equipment is now 3 years old and runs better than I expected. My install is on a 5th wheel and was no big deal. Drop me an email if you nee additional details.

The installation is not that bad. It took me a couple of days to install our system. To do a nice neat and clean installation, you'll probably have to make few road trips to Home Depot. Click on the link to my pictorial of our rear view system.

Thanks for the imput folks.

Dave, let me know what you think about the system. I'm thinking of ordering the same one you got.

Got mine today and so far, I love it. Installation is simple and straight forward. Plug and play. I decided to run the wire for the camera INSIDE the coach instead of on the outside down along the frame. Took a lot longer, but I dont have to worry about something breaking the wire. It has three camera inputs and the instructions tell you to use AV2. To make AV2 work all the time (which is what I wanted) you have to connect the blue and red wires to 12volts and the black to ground. Huge monitor, very nice color picture, no vibration, and very easy install. Already thinking about adding a side camera, dont need it but it would be a neat extra toy!
Would definatley buy from them again.

I'm looking for a wireless back-up cam that has the receiver separate from the display. The receive must have a video RCA jack/plug output.

Any help?
