We love to quad ride, but really like the Yuma area, only been there twice going to Algodones, but like the idea of having a real town near by. Is there any RV parks that you can ride quads right out of the park into BLM land nearby the Yuma area. Also - we do like the idea of having a pool too.

I doubt that any park developed enough to have a pool will allow you to operate quads within the park; simple fact is that most Yuma parks are filled with retirees and there are stringent noise rules. You might try posting this in a forum that quad devotees follow or simply walk or trailer them out of the park.
Not sure that any border BLM land, though. I guess that's the price you pay for having creature comforts.

Yes, there are RV parks located east all the way to the Foothills that allow quads. We are not in an RV park but on a private lot in Foothills but I ride with people that stay in RV parks all the time. I generally put on about 3000 miles on my quad in 4 months. Basically you can ride east, north and south without trailering. As long as your quad is "Street Legal" and licensed in a state or province you are good to go and can travel on any road except for the interstate so RV parks would have a tough time to disallow a quad from travelling on a legal road, they would have to ban all vehicle traffic. Make note I said "Street Legal and Licensed".

GG is right, most of the large parks (Fortuna De Oro comes to mind) in the Foothills have easy access to washes, which seems to be the primary routes into the hills and open BLM land. The best way to go in the Foothills tho' is to rent a private lot (no pool). The lots are huge (by RV standards), usually shared by one other RV, and rent for around $300+ per month. The better/best neighborhoods are in the far east section of the Foothills, where access to 4 wheel country is easy.

Not Yuma, but the parks in Brenda, AZ are ATV friendly and have pools. Riding right out of the parks to BLM. Have fun.

Brenda is a great place to ride but to say "Not Yuma" is just blatantly false. Most of the RV parks in the Yuma area have pools and as I said if your ATV is licensed you are good to go.
