I've been researching B+'s too, on the sprinter chassis. I can only find one Coach House for sale and it's the wrong floor plan. Are they like Lazy Daze and only available at the factory?

Jayco Melbourne 26A is on the top of my shortlist.
BT Cruiser 5268/5270/5272 are close.
Coach House is 'best', but out of my projected budget.
Also, in my opinion, the E-350 and Sprinter aren't built for the B+ category. They don't have the capacity for anything bigger than a traditional B. Just my opinion, YMMV. I like a CCC in excess of 2,000#.

We have a 2007 Lexington 300SS GTS and love it. In my opinion it would be worth looking at. Very well built and a great floorplan. Solid wood cabints. Great handling and a good looking coach. We look at all of them and decided it was best for the money and better than some costing much more. Just a thought.

The 235S or 255DS fit the length range given.

Whats best depends on who you talk too. None are perfect. You have to find what fits your needs the best.

The Concord seemed like a nice unit in terms of fit and finish when I viewed one recently, (300TS model) but construction wise the Triple E Regency (also comes in triple slide and smaller models) is superior, IMO, with equally nice residential features like a recessed counter garbage can in the galley, and since you're Canadian, it comes with a lot of nice cold weather features and extra insulation for cooler spring and autumn weather. I highly recommend taking a look at their website.

With that said, here are some decent made units under 28 feet long, in a variety of price ranges.
1994 Firan 28ft.
1989 Telstar 25 ft
2000 Isata Dynamax 28 ft
2007 Phoenix Cruiser 27 ft
2001 Isata 32 ft (a little long I know)
1998 Starflyte 21 ft
2007 Phoenix Cruiser model 2350, with 2006 Jeep Liberty in-tow

You didn't recommend other Lexington sizes, you recommended the 300SS...

DUH!!
And I did point out a couple Lexington floorplans that do meet the length requirement.
