We have a non-adjustable water pressure regulator and we believe we have very low water pressure. The kitchen and shower sprayer have a very weak stream.

What information is out there on adjustable W.P.R's and what pressure do you have them set to?

Get a standard house-style brass water pressure regulator available at any hardware store. You adjust the pressure by turning the bolt that sticks out of the top. it has a set nut to stay in the position you set it.

Try cleaning out the catch screens on the faucet and shower heads. Whenever the pressure gets low on a faucet or showerhead, that's the first thing I look at and usually find stuff in the screens clogging the flow. Once cleaned out if you still have low flow then it might just be the campground pressure.

We experience different levels of pressure as we move from RV resort to RV resort, some are high and some are low. It also depends on how full the resort is.

I have but don't use the cheapo regulator. I use a brass regulator but don't remember what it cost. I will clean the screen again.

Did you take the hose off and look to see how much pressure is coming out of the regulator?

I have not done this because there is a lot of pressure and I don't want to cause damage.

There is really no need for an adjustable regulator you probably just need a NEW regulator that is set for the maximum pressure your plumbing can take. On most older models this is 40 PSI but many newer ones are capable of handling 60 PSI. Putting a regulator set to your maximum will work because it would RARELY be necessary to adjust it lower than that number.
Good luck / skip
