For what it is worth, the LA state parks honor the Senior Pass and give 1/2 off the daily rate.

Yes - the Senior rate is excellent, but being Canadian it does not apply to us. We still thought it a good deal at $16.00. This year Our provincial parks at home are going to cost $43 for a first class site and that does not include sewer or water hook ups (only electric is available at Ontario P.P.)
