Try 60 psi on front, 80 psi rear and 50 psi in airbags. How are shocks? If there was work done on the front end, have it adjusted to the PleasureWay specs. The shop must call the PleasureWay factory to get the exact specs. They are very specific to the vehicle and its loading and NOT the standard Ford settings.
We have the Excel TS-07 and getting the proper settings make a lot of difference. It is now OK except with cross winds on rutted roads. Also, remember that it is a fully loaded van you are driving and it takes a while to adapt to it, particularly refraining from over-correcting.
Good luck, you will end up enjoying it.

Thanx everyone for the input. My PW is a 2010 Excel TS. I just got it last month. I also tow a Jeep Wrangler using ablue ox tow bar. I downsized from my Class C to get better gas mileage. The PW dealer suggested I get a "steering stabilizer" put in by a Ford Dealership but not sure if this would help, although when it was added to my Class C it made a tremendous difference! I am taking it in 2morrow for some minor work and will be driving highway w/o my toad so will see how it handles then. Has anyone out there had a "steering stabalizer" installed?
Thanx

Yes, I had "Steer-Safe" installed and it helped about 10%.

The dealer did replace the upper and lower ball joints on the front. So dumb question, after doing that would it need a front end alignment?

Not sure anyone answered this directly. Yes, the van needs to be re-aligned after replacing ball joints.

After the blowout on the Hankook tire (wear and tear or road hazard-
not sure). Replaced all tires with Cooper Discovery - as others
have stated .. 55 front / 80 rear and the air bags at 50 lbs.
The unit does not wander..had a tractor trailer pass - removed
my hands from the steering wheel. The van stayed right on course.

The only problem is in a strong cross wind when the rear portion
will cause a rocky motion.

2007 Pleasure Way Plateau TS

40,000 care free miles; often towing my motorcycle trailer, total tow weight is about 1600 pounds and at cruise speeds between 65 -70 mph. Even when in mountain terrain (winding roads) I have experienced NO problems in handling. Across the open plains in high winds - NO problems.

The thread is about the op having a handling problem with a PW on a Ford chassis, not a Dodge Sprinter, why confuse things?

Can anyone tell me if they are having problems keeping their Pleasure Way driving straight while either towing or if the generator is running? I am having considerable problems with it going all over the road, even when I turned the generator off.

So just where IN THIS POST is the vehicle identified?!

I did see it posted lower - EXCUUUUUUUUSE me for trying to help if this person above
had a problem with the Sprinter based RV.
